After power on, keep riding your Quali e-bike(speed>7km/h), then hold the DOWN button for about 2 seconds, the CRUISE mode will engaged, press any button or use brake will exit CRUISE mode.

Check whether the throttle is pressed before power on, mostly will be pressed by display, keep them away from each other; disconnected the throttle, if 01_info disappear, that might be some failures with throttle, please connect info@qualisports.us

95% of the bikes are pre-assembled, with detailed installation videos for the front and rear fenders.

I have had 3 other e-bikes.. I researched so many bikes this time to find the one that works for me.
I am 81 years old. I have a fifth wheel trailer and needed something I could handle myself.. I chose the Volador because of my size and it had 20 inch wheels. I can fold this bike and lift it by myself.
I took it to Hunting beach Ca for a week with friends. They all have bigger e-bikes than mine. I was able to keep up with them. I even used the cruise control. So far I bought different seat, bag for the handle bar and a foldable mirror that works great with folding the bike. Every day I can’t wait to ride it. I love this bike so far better than any I have had that were a lot more expensive.
I only have about 35 miles on it so far so when I get more miles I will write another review.

Great bike, great company!

We got two Voladors, and really love them. They are lightweight, but sturdy and very powerful. We live in a hilly area, and these bikes have no problem climbing some very steep inclines. The after sales service has been excellent. My rear light didn't work and they immediately sent a replacement. We had some questions about adjusting the derailer, and the service person sent You Tube links to do the adjustment. He also said that if the video didn't work for us, we could call him back and he would talk us through it. Throughout the shipping process we were kept informed about the status. One suggestion: could the clamp lock be included as part of the original purchase? It seems to be an important security safeguard. All in all, a great bike, well worth the money.

Travel by Tesla Y with Voladors

It is my update for my review around three years ago: We purchased 2 Voladors to ride trails in the tri-state area. Recently, we changed the car from an Acura RDX to a Tesla Y after figuring out how to fit both bikes into the trunk: you need to remove the sit-post/battery before lifting the bike into the trunk. Two benefits: the bike becomes much lighter for lifting; after the ride, it is much easier to set up the separated from the bike battery for charging in your garage or home.
Our Voladors serve us well while riding and hide safely in the trunk while enjoying the rest of the trip outside the bike trails. You can fit the third Volador into the Tesla Y trunk by folding the middle sit-down.

We appreciate your feedback on how to fit the bikes into the trunk of your new Tesla Y by removing the seat-post/battery.
