Notice: Three charging methods

1. Seat post battery charging port charging (only for seat post battery charging)

2. Frame battery charging port charging (only for frame battery charging)

3. Frame bottom charging port charging (can charge two batteries, charging order: first frame battery then seat post battery)

After powering on, keep riding your Quali e-bike(speed>7km/h), then hold the DOWN button for about 2 seconds, the CRUISE mode will engage, press any button, or using the brake will exit CRUISE mode.

Arrived quickly

Arrived quickly. Was easy to complete the set-up. I have been riding 3 times a week and am pleased. One of my reasons for purchasing the bike is its weight. As an over 70 year old, this was important to me. Folding and lifting the bike in to my car is a breeze.

Excellent, responsive customer service. I asked about switching out a rear cassette on my bike purchased a few years ago, and the Qualisports rep helped me find a suitable replacement (with only a sentence or two recommending that I buy a new upgraded model). The product is also excellent, I've had a great time zipping around Seattle's hills and the folding frame fits easily in a car trunk.
