To Dear Qualisports Customers:
Exciting news!
We’re writing to inform you that the Dolphin and Dolphin Plus are already on the way to you. Here is some info you might need to know:
- The Dolphin and Dolphin Plus will arrive in Los Angeles/Long Beach Port around 20th OCT.
- Usually, it will take 1-5 business days to complete the customs clearance, then all pre-ordered Dolphin and Dolphin Plus gonna ship out after then, estimated 27th, OCT.
- The Qualisports Order Management Team will update the Order Processing Info & Tracking Info via email, pls note to check it.

Will you have a Nemo and a Dolphin available for purchase by end of Nov 2022? We will be in Ontario, CA area over thanksgiving week. Returning thru San Diego around Christmas time. We were recommended to you by the Living in Beauty people.
